This MWC 2017, did not come with high-end stuff only where the handset from tech giants (LG, Sony, and Samsung) has been launched. You will find some Chinese and Taiwanese like Alcatel. The event came with mid-range offering Alcatel U5 that was not a ripping apart offering in mid-tier but reflects the company already existing trends in this category.
As far as the display department is concerned, it has 5-inch display which holds a very meek resolution of 480 x 854 defining you will get very vivid images on the face. The company holds the design reflecting obsolete carvings in the handset. If you see the image, you might be disappointed by the appearance of it.
Under the helm will be the MediaTek MT6737 with Quad-core and clocked at 1.1 GHz. In the memory department, you see 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM. Seeing this, there is an option of microSD whose expansion capacity is unknown.
For photography, it is less than ordinary, you will have 5MP rear unit and 2MP front-facer.
The battery is 2050mAh which is hefty and can easily challenge the modest specs of Alcatel U5. Alcatel U5 will ship with Android 6.0 Nougat.
The device officially debuted on 26th February 2017.
