Alcatel has just announced that its budgeted handset PIXI 4 will start selling in Canada in October. The handset will be available via carriers including Bell, TELUS, Videotron, WIND Mobile, Virgin Mobile Canada and Koodo.
The PIXI 4, an entry level handset will start selling in October in Canada with two –year contract, however, no price tag has been revealed yet. Moreover, the PIXI 4 sports has a 4.5-inch with FWVGA (854 x 480 pixels) resolution, and comes running with1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon CPU.
The handset comes powered with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS. Inside is the meeker 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, whose extension is possible up to 32GB via microSD card. The device is LTE-enabled, which makes it able of transferring and browsing data speedily.
The rear has 5MP camera unit that can capture HD (720p) videos, while the 2MP selfie snappers adorns the front. The phone 1,800mAh battery and will be available in black colors. Though other carriers might offer different color options.
