Previously, users have no idea about its features. Alcatel Idol 5S featured 5.2 inch Touch screen, which is full HD. Inside the device MediaTekMT6757CH Soc which also branded as Helio P20.

The Alcatel Idol 5S included 3GB Ram memory and 32 GB internal storage. GFXBench also reported its cameras features, 12MP rear shooter and 8MP selfie snapper. It featured Android 7.0 Nougat.
