The Command Prompt or to simply say Windows Console is getting a latest color update by Microsoft. Testers or developers could be able to see new console colors in Windows 10 update build 16257 which will be accessible today lately.
The change is minor but the users of Windows Console see it like a welcoming thing for which developers were asking. To mention another small thing to which Microsoft is paying attention is the support of its own console.
Testers or Windows 10 would be able to see the change when they clear install build 16257 to see the colors. Microsoft is also looking into a tool which would let the Windows 10 testers to go for the new color scheme and also be able to select the alternatives.

Some sources crediting Craig Loewen (the summer intern) for the Windows Console color scheme.
