The XA1 trio of Sony Xperia namely Sony Xperia XA1, XA1 Ultra and XA1 Plus are going to get updated to the Android 8.0 Oreo this week. The size of this update will be 900MB and the phones will be updated from Android Nougat to Oreo. This update will further bring the February security patch level as well.

Android 8.0 Oreo is going to make a lot of changes and improvements into these three phones, such as smart reminders and actions via Xperia Assist, better performance, context menus when you select some text or long-press on the app’s icon, and much more.
