As Google has now released officially the new Android OS version namely Oreo, many mobile phone companies have started updating their flagship smartphones to new Oreo. Many companies have also started to confirm about the list of their smartphones getting the Android 8.0 Oreo update.

Blackberry had won the race by first subscribing its KeyOne to Oreo, and now HTC has jumped in. HTC, which is a Taiwanese company, has officially confirmed that HTC U11, HTC 10 and HTC U Ultra will get the Android Oreo update. It was announced through a tweet.

However, HTC has not confirmed the date on which this update will be available. In the tweet, HTC also claimed that more smartphones getting Oreo update will be announced in near future. Let us see whether Oreo will be better suited to HTC handsets or not. To find out more, stay tuned to MPC.
