Last month, Lei Jun, Xiaomi President, revealed company’s intention to launch its next flagship on January 15. The fastest growing smartphone seller has recently launched Redmi Note 2 which is clearly nota flagship model. Now an official teaser shows that a flagship is in line to be unveiled soon. This social Media source quotes Mr. Lei expressing “There’s no better way to start 2015 than with our newest products.” The official launch will be held at the Beijing National Convention Center on January 15 at 2 PM.Xiaomi sources revealed that the product will be as thin as the wings of an insect, cicada, found in China and some other regions.

Xiaomi is selling the tickets of the event. This is still unmentioned what the next flagship will be.AAllegedly, it can be Xiaomi Mi4S, Xiaomi Mi5 or none of both. Interestingly, theMi4S has been shown online with extremely thin bezels.
