The rumored Oppo U3 and its alleged specs have been making rounds online since November. Now the big news is that China’s TENNA has finally certified the device. TENNA is equivalent to FCC in the US. Besides, if the sources are right this will be the slimmest smartphone to introduce a 4X Optical Zoom. Oppo U3 is 9mm thick. The specs TENNA has revealed appeared a bit different than what was revealed by Benchmark. It has 5.9 inch display instead of 4.6 inch screen with resolution1080 x 1920. Both TENNA and AnTuTu revealed octa-core 1.7GHz processor, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of native storage and amicroSD slot for additional storage. It packs a 13MP camera on back and a 5MP front snapper.

As the device has passed TENNA it is expected soon in market but the availability and pricing is unknown.
