The GFX Benchmark and tweet of an image from its website has revealed a full sheet of specs of U3. Now the news has been shared by multiple sources along with the tweeted image by Benchmark. The new U3 specs and features include 4.6-inch screen with resolution of 1080 x 1920. It packs 64-bit octa-core 1.7GHz MT6752 CPU with the Mali-T760 GPU crunching graphics, 2GB of RAM with 1.1GB ROM and carries 16GB microSD slot. Further, the model offers a 12MP rear camera, with a 5MP front-facing shooter.

Oppo U3 was under testing in November. Now the expected launch months are approaching. Also, N3 and R5 have been quite under the limelight and are also expected to get officially announced anytime soon. However the exact launch dates of the three handsets are still unknown.
