Warid Telecom has recently introduced the new postpaid menu over the USSD. This is basically designed to make services more user friendly. The menu allows customers to have more agile, free of cost, and easily accessible features and services, including account details, Voice/SMS/LTE bundles, activation of Value Added Services and much more.

The Warid subscriber can activate the menu by just dialing *321# and a list of options will just appear on the screen. The desired options can be selected through number key.  This new menu provides similar services on Waridmobile app dubbed “MyWarid” which assists smartphone and internet users to easily access details and features online.

USSD base menu provides similar even greater flexibility for such customers who do not have internet access, thus the service allows a full control over your account with every information readily accessible. This initiative will significantly improve the customer service experience for Warid subscribers, making the information much easier, faster& convenient to access than the cutomers desire
