Vodafone network complain report by Ofcom

According to the latest Ofcom’s telecom and Pay TV complain report Vodafone is among the top in the complaint list.As per the report of June 28 which covers three months from January to March of this year.  Vodafone had around 17 complaints as per 100,000 customers. But a decrease in complaints of around 25 is seen.

EE and O2 had four complaints per 100,000 and Three had only three complaints per 100,000.

Tesco mobile had average of 0.5 complaints only. British Telecom had most of the complaints around 34 complaints. Sky had least complaints which were eight complaints per 100,000 users.

Sky landline connection also had fewer complaints with average of seven.  TalkTalk had 22 complaints per 100,00.

Lindsey Fussell who is the Ofcom consumer group said “According to our report there is room for improvement. Phone and mobile complaints should should take very serious to improve their service by keeping this at the first prority”
