While the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 fiasco has hurt Samsung’s market in US, the company still aspires to launch Note 8. Yes the South Korean Tec Giant has started working on it. However, at the same time it is not done with Note 7.
There are a lot of in stocks that were revamped but no sold. According to Korea economic daily, the company is planning to sell refurbished Samsung Galaxy Note 7 starting from June. The company will directly hit Vietnam and India for selling refurbished handset.
According to the same source, the refurbished handset will come with 3000mAh or 3200mAh batteries which is meeker to the original 3500mAh battery.
Recently, Note 7 has outed its report purporting that the only reason for brand failure is the product which has faulty batteries. Thus new and smaller batteries make the refurbished handset a safe option to use.
With this, Samsung might gain the profit share it has lost while failing to sell the handset even after recall. This will also help to remove potential threat to environment that is to dump millions of handset that remained unsold after the second recall.
