A month ago the rumors are Samsung will sell it refurbished handset to emerging economies very soon. It was immediately retaliated by Samsung by saying that it has no intention.

However, the recent report of Reuters talk differently again claiming that Korean Giant has explicitly showed its intentions to sell the refurbished handset. However, the markets are not clear.

But as the company is approaching consultancies for negotiations, which means the company is looking for markets, yet to be decided. Also, the local governments have yet to decide for which we have to wait for development.
