Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will come with under-display fingerprint sensor!

  MPC Team

Samsung is expected to launch the upcoming Galaxy Note 9 next year. It is predicted that the Note 9 will contain the feature that was to come with the currently available Note 8, i.e. fingerprint sensor sitting right under the display. This sort of optical sensor is likely to appear in the Note 9, as it has been reported by KGI Securities analysts.

In case this comes out as true, then the procedure for unlocking the phone will be as follows: put your finger on a particular part of the phone’s screen and there you go. Both Apple and Samsung have failed in getting this thing introduced in their 2017 smartphones. That is why we get the current Note 8 having scanner’s position at an awkward place, whereas there is an utter lack of authentication method for fingerprint sensor in case of iPhone X.

So, let’s wait for the next year and see if Samsung is able to pull this off with introduction of this technology into its new smartphone from Note series.
