It is reported that Samsung has started rolling out an OS update for its Samsung Galaxy A5 and Samsung Galaxy A7 users in India. The update is very important as it brings the Android Nougat version with all of its features and as well as accompanied with some other features like Samsung Pass.

According to the reports by Sammobile, both the Samsung Galaxy A5 and Samsung Galaxy A7 are receiving gradually this update in India. So, if you haven’t received the update on your smartphone yet, than don’t be panic it will arrive in the coming weeks. The update weighs in almost 1.4GB, and it should be advised that back up your smartphones before installing the update. Notably, install the update with a sufficient battery charge on your device and a strong Wi-Fi connection.

The firmware version for the Samsung Galaxy A5 and Galaxy A7 are A520FXXUBQI5 and A720FXXU2BQI2 accordingly. The Android Nougat update brings Always On Display, multi-window support and many other new features.
