The process of Oreo update for Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ was started by the company in the previous week. In that period, the update was initially rolled out for users in Germany. A handful of more regions have now started getting this update now. More particularly, this week, users in India, France and Poland will get the update.

This update will be carrying the firmware version of G950/G955-FXXU1CRAP for Galaxy and S8+, respectively.

Additionally, in Poland and India, some reports suggest that users who took part in the Oreo beta program will be initially getting this update. Same will be expected for the users in France as well.

Unfortunately, when the users of USA will get the Oreo update for their S8/S8+ units is still not confirmed.
