Motorola launches the new Moto X Play in India. The phone will set you back for INR 18,499 ($278) for the 16GB model and INR 19,999 ($301) for the 32GB model. It has a microSD support, too. The phone can be purchased from Flipkart exclusively with bundle of amazing launch offers.

The launch day offers include 100% cash return for random 100 Flipkart Ping users, Flipkart e-gift vouchers for INR 1,000, movie vouchers valuing INR 500 from BookMyShow, and severalMakeMyTrip offers. All offers are valid till September 20, 2015.

The Moto X Play packs a 5.5-inch 1080p LCD and runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 615 with 2GB RAM. Camera-wise, it has a 21 MP rear camera (f2.0 aperture) featuring phase detect autofocus, two tone dual LED flash, and 1080p video recording. Plus it also carries a 5 megapixel front shooter. Connectivity options include LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC. It has a dual SIM support. The rest of the features include water repellant covering. Moto X Play is powered by a 3630Ah battery, andruns Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.
