Last year Microsoft did announce few names to be its hardware partners. One was Lenovo. It is quite a time there was no news by the manufacturer but recently it announced a Windows 10 powered phone dubbed SoftBank 503LV. It is likely to be a Japan- only device. The name is a bit unusual but you will usually see such monikers in the Japan.
The SoftBank 503LV is simple and nothing to get excited about. The handset packs 5-inch 720p display, and runs on an octa-core Snapdragon 617 processor paired with 3 GB RAM. The SoftBank has 32GB of storage that can be extended via microSD. It has a powerful battery of 2250 mAh battery. Camera-wise, it has an 8 MP rear unit, and a 5 MP front shooter. The device comes with Windows Continuum support, and is basically business-focused.
The Lenovo SoftBank 503LV is likely to release in October in Japan with the price unknown. This is the first Lenovo branded handset to land in the Japanese market.
