It was expected today, anyway. Lenovo has officially announced the new smartphones belonging to K series, i.e. K8 and K8 Plus.

Lenovo K8 Plus is one of the cheapest smartphones from Lenovo, which will be featuring the dual camera system, 13MP main camera complemented by 5MP depth sensor. The smartphone will also have 5.2-inch 1080 pixel display and will be powered by MediaTek Helio P25 processor. Moreover, Lenovo K8 Plus will feature 3GB or 4GB RAM and will have 32GB expandable storage. It will have 4,000mAh battery. Its expected price is $171, which is about INR 10,999.

Similarly, Lenovo K8 will have even lower cost than K8 Plus. It will have 5.2-inch 720p display, MediaTek Helio P20 processor, 13MP main and 8MP front camera, and 4,000mAh battery. Its price is still not announced, but it will be definitely lower than K8 Plus.

The interesting thing is that both these phones will be running on Android 7.1.1 Nougat.
