Huawei Maimang 4 successor Huawei Maimang 5 has been announced in China. In other regions, it will launch with name G9. This is because maiming 4 was launched with the name G8 in other regions. Huawei has introduced G9 Lite before that.

Maimang 5 has 5.5-inch 1080p IPS LCD display. The device has 16MP rear camera with dual LED Flash and can record 4K video. The front camera of the device is 8MP.

Maimang 5 runs on Octa-core Snapdragon 625 CPU humming at 2.0GHz. It has 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage which is expandable. The device has 4G support and has 3340mAh juicer to give life to the handset.

Huawei Maimang 5 runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow with EMUI 4.1 on top. With fingerprint sensor, this device is available in three colors.

Huawei Maimang 5’s 4GB RAM and 64GB storage Gold model’s sale will start from 21 July from Huawei Chinese Store on the company’s website. In China this device will cost you $388.
