On 14^th of August, Oman’s Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) will declare qualified bidders whereas the one winning would most likely be notify on 4^th of September 2017.Zain group considers Omani market promising opportunity for the growth which will complement with their regional stability. Their bid has a comprehensive financial, technical and business plan. Commercial proposal for the 3^rd license is also one of the segments of the bid.
