SwiftKey announces a new update of its keyboard for its Android users. It comes after testing couple of new features through its beta channel. This update adds some unusual languages to the list that are now supported by SwiftKey. Moreover developers confirmed that there will be other functionalities also added in SwiftKey.

First thing that is added is that SwiftKey for Android now supports GIF, but it will be used in only one category. All GIFs will be available in Emoji Panel if you are planning to use them. Also, there are sort of new keyboard shortcuts for both Bluetooth and hard keyboards.
Secondly, new updates adds support to some more languages and their conversion or translation. It supports Tamlish, Tamil, Bangla, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Marathi, Odia, and Telugu translations.
Probably 2 of the fixes also implemented to the app, which are about the issue of app crash when users delete punctuation in the Japanese layout and other one is about deleting “!”.
