In the mid-June, Facebook would be premiering its 24 shows; these shows would be of long and short duration both. Long ones to be on the pattern of House of Cards, whereas shorter ones with 5-10 minutes timespan, reported in a Facebook app video.

Facebook Moving a Step Ahead, Soon to Premier TV Shows.

Facebook is growing and would soon become much more than just a social networking site. Already the company is working on Virtual reality projects and now eyeing on its own original shows launching in less than a month.

Mark Zuckerberg on TB advertisements, “It’s part of a major initiative at the company to begin siphoning away some of the billions of dollars that are spent on television advertising ever year – a major growth opportunity for Facebook, which is running out of room in the News Feed to show more ads.”

A-list celebrities have been approached for some of the shows, it is what rumored over the media, one of the star celebrities has agreed to work.
