Recently, Verizon has acquired Yahoo in less than 5 billion dollar deal. After this, the retired Yahoo which has 15 percent share of Alibaba and 35 percent share of Yahoo Japan. This part of Yahoo will now operate as Altaba.

This outed from the documents submitted at Security Exchange Commission that the new name for remaining Yahoo is Altaba.

This document also showed that all the company top management and shareholders will resign from their position as the deal completely closes.

Even the CEO of Yahoo has resigned, still, yahoo did not testify this information. Rumor also has it, that CEO will be given a position at Verizon for Yahoo integration program.
