Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is on fire and mockingly, this is the fire nobody could withstand. The company has finally recalled all the guilty handsets but we will not find the first batch hit US shelves later than September 21st.
In an official statement from Korea the company has confirmed that the phablet will be available in most retail locations in US no later than September 21st.
Again the company is officially announcing that customers should power down the handset before the replacement device arrives or they can exchange with full refund from the Exchange Program.
Those who purchased Galaxy Note 7 before September 15, will have three options.
- Exchange their current Note7 for a new Note7 device when available at their point of purchase or retailer;
- Exchange their current Note7, and any Note7 specific accessories, for a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge with a refund of the price difference between the products;
- A refund can be obtained at your point of purchase.
Customer security is the foremost priority of the company as per President Tim Baxter.
