Xaiomi has introduced a new version of Mi Max dubbed Mi Max Prime. The new device comes with beefed up memory and CPU.
Xiaomi did not hold any event, neither did they go for a press release. The company just hold the handsets out for sale of a three-day Diwali sale in India.
Customers will get the same big 6.44-inch display with 1080 x 1920 pixels, a 16MP main rear unit, a 5MP front shooter, as well as a 4850mAh battery.
The main upgrades are CPU and memory. The new Xiaomi Mi Max Prime runs on a Snapdragon 652 SoC, carrying two 1.8GB Cortex-A72 CPU cores, building the CPU into an octa- core endeavor.
The Xiaomi Mi Max Prime will have 128GB of integrated internal memory and industry leading 4GB of RAM. That’s one step up from 32GB or 64GB of ROM with 3GB RAM of Mi Max.
The initial Mi Max were to be introduced in two version and the one was which is launched now with a rebranded name or version. Stay tuned to know when and where the handset will release.
