Telenor has recently achieved a major milestone by introducing 4G services along with 4G smartphones and 4G Mobile Broadband devices. The launch is made with high pursuit of Telenor’s “internet for all” moto where the company is earnestly working on spreading and developing a digital ecosystem in the country. Due to increased Broadband penetration in Pakistani market. The company has developed a multitude of products for both its 3G and now 4G services. Initially we had Telenor 3G smartphones in its hardware portfolio. Currently, it added infinity series which is part of its 4G realm.

The infinity a, infinity e and Infinity i are very affordable 4G handsets with PKR. 13,000, 9,500 and 7,500 respectively, while powered with Android 6.0 Marshmallow. This isn’t it, Telenor has also launched to Mobile Broadband devices along with handsets and internet service. The company will soon sell 4G Hotspot Wingle and 4G Hotspot Mobile Wi-Fi at an affordable price of PKR. 2000 and 3000 respectively.

These are very impressive and revolutionizing development on the part of Telenor. The company has developed a full portfolio of compatible devices to back its 4G strategy in the sector.

Bilal Kazmi further stressed that affordability of hardware that matches to 4G setup is very crucial to the growth of in Mobile Broadband realm in Pakistan.

“That is the reason why we have developed our own devices portfolio that comprises affordable 3G/4G handsets and 4G mobile broadband devices. Today, the portfolio saw a robust upgrade with the addition of the ‘Infinity’ series smartphones and new 4G Hotspot Wingle & Mobile Wi-Fi. As has been the tradition, we will continue to upgrade our hardware portfolio with more affordable and advanced devices”.
