The biggest problem with Twitter world is usually people are harassed over minor issues. Due to this fact, many users have left the platform and never tried it again. As per Bloomberg Twitter is working on this feature for one year. With this users cannot see tweets with abusive words but surely he/she has maintained a filter check.

Instagram introduced this feature one month back via which users can filter comments on photos and videos via filter check.
