Mobile phone display border used to be not an attractive thing back in Nokia 1100 days. However, currently, the major smartphone competing companies have been striving against each other in terms of producing the best bezel-less smartphones featuring the highest screen-to-body ratios.

A couple years ago, we saw that the norm for best smartphone was to have maximum 73% of screen-to-body ratio, at which we were also excited that the display is ‘large’.

Well, we were mistaken, as now we are even more excited. The times they are a changin’. Quite fast. A smartphone having more than 80% screen-to-body ratio is a new norm now.

In this regard, Karbonn Aura Note 2 makes the cut, as it has the highest screen-to-body ratio of whopping 92.94%. Essential Phone comes second with 84.85% and recently released Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is third with 82.98% screen-to-body ratio. LG V30 and Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition are respectively at 4^th and 5^th position with 81.63% and 80.94%.
