Information system experts from New York have recently warned that users have serious threats for Finger-print technology in Samsung Galaxy smartphones as the hackers can use its deficiencies and can reach and steal data. Digital security company Fire Eye said that if hackers become successful in breaking into Kernel of Android OS( the basic part of finger-print), they become able to read the finger-print sensor. When the user will touch the finger-print sensor they can access it, learn it and steal it. This data thus can be used for any purpose. Samsung said that private data and security of it user is the foremost priority of company and they are investigating the claim made by Fire Eye. Apple is also using the same technology hence is also under grave threat of data pilfering.
