We previously published that Samsung is interested in making foldable phones and has recently started working on the technology. It has now been officially revealed now that it’s one plant will engage into manufacturing of foldable displays. No other official information is revealed about this display. Speculations are that this technology might be showcased in the beginning of next year. Apple also had this technology by default as it has a bending problem in its iPhone 6 but we are really not sure is it patented yet. The screen will have four phases curved, bent, foldable and rollable. The first two are already a reality as aforementioned; the third one is coming soon while the last one holds promise of displays that will behave like roller blinds.
