A new report from South Korea has revealed that Samsung is going for the aim to sell more than 320 million smartphones in 2018. Be known that this target is set only for the smartphones, whereas Samsung also aims to sell about 40 million feature phones, 5 million wearables and 20 million tablets.

A worth mentioning fact here is that the goals set by Samsung for 2018 are almost same as what the company managed to achieve in 2017. The main rationale for keeping the same goal, according to the report, is mainly due to the smartphone market saturation.

Similarly, while this figure might not be as bigger as it could have been, it will still let Samsung to maintain its leadership in the smartphone market around the world. This is because in 2017, Apple and Huawei managed to sell about 200 million and 150 million smartphones, respectively.
