There has been a massive demand for the JioPhone, due to which Reliance has paused the pre-bookings for undefined time period. According to a report, the huge demand for the JioPhone might also lead to a delay in the shipments.

A report by IndiaToday highlights, the retailers of Delhi-NCR area claims that the final delivery of JioPhone has been disrupted. However, Reliance Jio hasn’t affirmed the official delivery date for the phone. According to the Reliance Digital store retailers, the JioPhone was originally line up to arrive in stores at the start of September. However, the date of arrival has been lengthened and now the phone might come in mid-September. It is expected that once pre-bookings start again, then Reliance will surely make an official declaration about the shipment dates.
