JioPhone, which is a flagship feature phone manufactured by Reliance Jio, was released a little while ago, and now its pre-orders will begin from today in India. JioPhone is smartly called as ‘India ka Smartphone’, which is a great tactic by the company to fulfill its aim of selling this 4G feature phone to up to 500 million phone users in India.

The Jio feature phone will be available for pre-orders today from 5:30 PM Indian Standard Time. The booking can be done through official website of Jio as well as through MyJio App. Users can also book their JioPhone through offline retail stores located across India. This can be done simply through sending an SMS to the representative of the concerned store.

It is expected that the phone will be available from the third week of September. Moreover, although the original price of JioPhone is INR 2,699. However, if you deposit a non-refundable fee of INR 1500 while pre-ordering, then you would not need to pay a penny more to get your phone delivered at your doorstep
