HMD Global has made its entry-level android smartphone Nokia 2 official in the last week of October this year. This is by far the cheapest smartphone ever released by HMD. The device is available already in many parts of the world, and it now seems like it will land in USA in a few days’ time.
Meanwhile, the pre-orders for this new Nokia 2 have already begun in the country. Online retailers such as Best Buy, Amazon and B&H have been offering this phone, and you can immediately pre-order it now.
Moreover, irrespective of the retailer that you choose, the Nokia 2 price in USA is going to remain the same, i.e. $99. As a matter of fact, you are going to get the unlocked unit on this price, but make sure that it will also only be compatible with T-Mobile and AT&T, which are actually GSM-based carriers. So, unfortunately, Nokia 2 will not be compatible with the Verizon and Sprint.
