One more brand is gearing up to join the in-display fingerprint sensor parade. Reportedly, HMD Global is preparing to introduce this new feature in its forthcoming Nokia 9 smartphone. With an in-display fingerprint sensor aspect, it is feasible for the handset manufacturers to more slender the bezels, without putting in jeopardize the security.
The upcoming Nokia 9 is expected to be revealed by the end of summer, most probably at the IFA 2018 trade show in Berlin. The smartphone is believed to be a part of the Android One program on the basis of stock Android Oreo out-of-the-box.
