The previous news of BlackBerry Invitation for MWC 2017 has just confirmed the presence of Mercury. But what if it is not the only phone that is going to launch next month. A device with model number BBC, 100-1 is likely to unveil in emerging markets like Indonesia, Malaysia and Philippines.

This smartphone is being launched with PT BB Merah Putih via joint venture that has signed licensing agreement with BlackBerry. This is the same to promote and distribute it handsets running Android OS.

The smartphone packs 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 CPU, coupled with 4GB RAM and 32GB native storage. The device sports 5.5-inch display with HD (720p) resolution.

Camera-wise, this device with model number has 13MP selfie camera. The smartphone will be powered by 3,000mAh battery and will have dual-SIM capability.

Since it is not the product of TCL, we cannot safely assume to see this BlackBerry-branded smartphone at MWC, but we don’t rule out the possibility.
