Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra Released by Apple

The final stable version of macOS 10.13 High Sierra has been finally released by Apple for the users. You can now download it officially from Mac App Store. This update will contain 4.8GB size.

This is an annually updated version, in which Apple has significantly reduced the number of features, whereas it has focused more upon the improvement of current features and not enhancing more. However, one added feature is the APFS file system support, which will replace the older HFS file system included in Apple’s OS.

Another enhancement is the inclusion of HEVC codec, which is also called H.265 – the successor of H.264 codec. The new codec will be more efficient as compared to the older one. Furthermore, there are new machine learning capabilities in the new macOS. Lastly, virtual reality support has also been added through which the developers will be able to make applications on Mac through VR platform.
