Jazz’s Customer Obsessed Day Success Story

Few days back, Customer obsessed day was celebrated by Jazz. It received an overwhelming response all over Pakistan.

On this day, Jazz employees and leadership met customers in markets and public areas across Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and Multan. The aim of this activity was to engage customers and business directly. Employees from all departments of Jazz took part in it. Finance, Human Resource, Admin and more department employees talked to customers and recorded their feedback.

Jazz’s Customer Obsessed Day Success Story

Jazz is committed to create a bond between employees and customers so that both parties can get benefited. Employees worked in the form of teams- each team consisted of ten members. They visited various markets and streets in order to get customers feedback and opinion about Jazz services.

Customer obsessed day was celebrated on social media too. While their employees were in field, CEO and CCO of Jazz took questions on social media and engaged with customers. For the very first time, COO Asif Aziz and CEO Aamir Ibrahim went live on Facebook live stream. Both of them answered followers and subscribers questions.

Jazz CEO Aamir Ibrahim said about Customer-Obsessed Day:

We pride ourselves for being a customer-obsessed company and thank our family of over 53 million customers. This COD is a celebration of and a testament to this commitment. We need to know what our customers want and need for Jazz and its employees to serve them better every single day.

It trended on Twitter with hashtag #DunyaKoBataaDo. Customer obsessed day was quite a big success for Jazz and such days should be celebrated by other telelcom operators too in Pakistan.
