For its customer centric approach recognition, Jazz has been awarded with Service Appreciation Award at Service Punch. The conference was organized by Active8 which provides an excellent learning and knowledge sharing event.
A number of CEOs, business entities and delegations from business community attended this ceremony. There had been a survey by rozee.pk for these awards. These were mainly for service delivery excellence in various sectors of Pakistan.
The CEM and the Head of Customer Care Jazz, Nauman Fakhar in his winning speech said that this award re ensures Jazz’s customer obsessive approach. He further added that they are not only providing 24/7 customer service but also taking great care of customers satisfaction and feasibility. He also presented the map of Jazz’s customer obsessive approach. This is not the first time that Jazz has made this kind of headlines.
