A research has been recently conducted by a research agency Localytics, which reveals that iPhone 6s is performing better in terms of sales than its larger sibling. It is four times popular than iPhone 6s Plus. These two devices on the whole make 1.9% of smartphones by Apple currently in use, where iPhone 6s holds 1.5% and iPhone 6s Plus carries only 0.4% of total sales.
Both the new iPhones are warmly welcomed that is why Apple set a target of 13million sales for the first three days of availability. The tech giant managed to sell 10 million units of 6s and 6s Plus combined to beat market competition. Between the both iPhone 6s sales hit record figure as compared to 6s Plus.
The survey revealed iPhone 6s remained the most wanted with 33.2% share among Apple’s smartphones, followed by 5s and 5 with 23% and 11% share, respectively.
