Not very soon but anytime in 2015 Apple is expected to launch its next iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus. Few rumors of the duo are now making rounds online. According to an unknown source the device is expected to pack 2GB RAM which is double the amount of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and the first ever bump after iPhone 5. While the 2GB Ram will help in better multi-tasking, it will also need some extra battery for heavy usage. The device is also rumored to come with Apple SIM too which was launched previous year with iPad Air 2. Apple will ship Apple SIM device which will help you to switch carriers and you might not need contract. As Carriers love contracts and they will not compromise even for Apple so a middle way will be found. The new iPhone 6s Plus will be made available for purchase in September and will be released few days after official announcement.
