The news and reviews of the smartphone sales performance in market catch fire at the end of every year. This time Huawei is in the flames. Recently, an internal year-end memo has been released by Reuters which shows informative sales content regarding the company. Huawei has reportedly refused to comment on the authenticity of content, probably, because it might be leaked or has some confidential analysis. The data revealed Huawei’s smartphone sales have risen up to one-third, which counts $11.8 billion sales. This means the corresponding units sold are about 75 million which is a bit lower than the company’s goal of 80 million units.

The impressive sales figure has allowed Huawei to seize third place in global smartphone sales volume. Xiaomi, the fastest growing smartphone seller, is almost in tie with the Huawei. Lenovo is the other big seller to look upon.
