Huawei Aims to Get Closer to the User of Middle East, #HowWeIftar Social Campaign

To get connected to the users of Middle East in the holy month of Ramadan, Huawei introduced the social campaign with a hashtag #HowWeIftar, purely to celebrate sharing.People across the Middle East region would get closer, as they are sharing their moments of iftar with their friends and family using the campaign hashtag.

Also, traditions and cultures of iftar in different countries beautifully being portrayed in this campaign, people are getting to know each other even more.

The campaign is set to run throughout the month of Ramadan where users are invited to share their moments in the form of pictures on social pages of Huawei.

There are prizes for the most inspiring iftar content being shared under the campaign hashtag, that encircles smartphones: Huawei P10 or Huawei P10 Plus, latest addition to the series of Huawei smartphones.

Chris Sun Baigong, Regional Marketing Director at Huawei Middle East and Africa said, ‘during this month, people in the Middle East are very active on social media; there is an approximately 30% increase of social media usage as families and friends tend to share their special moments with each other.’
