Huawei just launched the Huawei P20 Pro in Pakistan, last weekend. This has been the most anticipated smartphone of the year from the Chinese manufacturer.

The Huawei P20 Pro is a pioneering smartphone with triple cameras. The phone was unveiled in a star-studded event held at the Ejaz Art Gallery in Lahore.

The event featured the photographic efforts of various Huawei Experience Ambassadors; who utilized the P20 Pro’s amazing cameras to encapsulate Pakistan’s rich beauty. The smartphone cameras fuse functionality with self-learning AI technology to offer an unparalleled photography experience. The smartphone’s camera have impressively achieved a DxOMark score of 109, which is the highest-ever by a smartphone.

With HUAWEI AIS (AI Image Stabilization) users can eliminate shaky shots. This technology allows steady handheld night shots for incredible long exposure (upto 4 to 6 seconds) photos without using a tripod.

An Exquisite Combination of Art and Technology

The Huawei P20 Pro smartphone comes with a striking aesthetic. Most notable about the phone is its exclusive and fashionable body color. The phone’s Twilight body color is achieved by applying several layers of NCVM optical coatings underneath the glass back. When light hits the surface, it refracts and creates a vivid, yet gradual change of hue.

The 6.1 inch screen of the phone features ultra thin bezels and an impressive screen-to-body ratio. Whether reading or gaming, the HUAWEI FullView Display seamlessly blends with rounded edges.

The Huawei P20 Pro’s Leica triple camera system features the highest total pixel count available on any smartphone available in Pakistan today. The triple camera configuration is made up of a 40MP RGB sensor, 20MP Monochrome sensor and 8MP Telephoto sensor.

The phone also features a color temperature sensor for better color reproduction and can easily capture low light photos with up to ISO 102400 with its highly sensitive image sensors. The device also supports 6 axis stabilization and 960fps super slow motion, which is 4X higher than the standard 240fps. With the Kirin 970 processor, the Huawei P20 Pro automatically identifies more than 500 scenarios in 19 categories and selects photography modes and camera settings to deliver incredible quality photos, even for novice photographers. Brand new to Huawei’s advanced camera system is 4D predictive focus. In this mode, the camera predicts moving objects and focuses on them with extreme efficiency to capture minute details of objects in motion.

The Huawei P20 Pro pairs a 24MP selfie camera with the triple camera system of the phone. The selfie shooter features AI beautification and 3D portrait lighting which results in delicately outlined facial details and realistic 3D feature enhancements.

Mavikh Azam, caught the attention of audiences for his sheer brilliance in smartphone photography. Being an engineering student and a photographer by hobby, he uses his cell phone to capture the world around him.
