HTC’s VR Headset to be called Vive Focus!

  MPC Team

A couple months ago, HTC revealed the detached version of VR headset. This headset will not need to be connected to the computer and will be powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset, and hence it will be one of its kind device, which will not need any external support to run the VR function.

This has now been given a name by HTC, and it is Vive Focus. One report suggests that HTC might be revealing more information or even release the product itself by 4th October, the day when Google Pixel 2 and Pixel XL 2 will also be launched. This is also because the Vive Focus will also feature the Google Daydream VR platform.

So, just circle the October 4 date on your calendar, as it is going to be a historic day for VR configuration in smartphones, which is future we are talking about!
