HTC was initially silent on it Desire series. But recently, it made a very booming announcement just two days ahead of it major event on January 12. The Desire 650 will launch in February both stateside, Europe and internationally following the footsteps of its predecessor Desire 630.

As far as the specs are concerned, the device looks pretty low-mid tier with Snapdragon 400 coupled with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM. Thanks to the HTC, memory is expandable but we don’t know, how much it supports. The display of the handset is 5-inch TFT LCD with a modest 720p resolution.
