Google Tez: The Digital Payment App Launched in India

Indian Prime Minister had reorganized the country last year when he wiped out the 500 and 1,000 rupee currency in the India. So, after that People hastily converge to the digital payments in the country. The search giant Google has launched a new digital payment service app named as “Google Tez” in India. The app is available for both Android phones and iOS; it supports seven Indian languages and English.

The Google Tez app will be linked to a user’s bank account, same like Android Pay, Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. The app allows the users to transfer money, receive payments and pay for bills digitally.

As Google has commented on the new Google Tez app on its website, it said that Tez was made especially for India, depending on the growing importance of the crowded nation’s briskly growing tech centre. Previously Google has approximated India’s e-commerce industry will be worth $100 billion by the end of 2020.
