Motorola Moto X has visited the GFXbench test and a lot has been revealed. Before that the Motorola Z lineup has been thought of replacement of the Moto X series. But recently, the reversion of the X series in rumors has killed the speculation.
Firstly the device with model number XT1650 surfaced in Geekbench benchmark and it was rumored to be Moto X (2016). Now, the same device has visited the GFXbench and speculations are that it confirms the existence. The device featured a Snapdragon 820 chipset with 4GB RAM and Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.
The model at the GFXBench shares many specs in common with Geekbench. So as per latest leaks, it appears that the Motorola Moto X (2016) will come with 5.5-inch display and a pixel resolution of 1440 x 2560. It should run Snapdragon 820 chipset with a quad-core 2.1GHz CPU, and the Adreno 530 GPU for handling graphics. The device carries 4GB of RAM and 32 GB internal storage whose expansion is ambiguous.
Both benchmark purports dual camera set up for the Moto X (2016), where both 21MP and a 16MP rear camera comes listed in the revelation of test. You can shoot 4K video with the pair. Further it has a 5MP front-facer to capture selfies and handle video chats. Android 6.0.1 is on the board.
There is no official word by Motorola on this handset, so let’s see what the certifications and other listing will bring to us to confirm this match.
