A report in Korean media has just revealed that Galaxy S6 will come with 4GB RAM. Previously every news and rumor reported the RAM to be 3GB. We will not be immensely surprised if S6 will be available with 3GB of 4GB of RAM primarily relying on hardware configuration. According to leaked info, specs include alleged existence of Snapdragon 810 or in-house Exynos 7420 chipset. It will come with 5.5-inch QHD display. Camera-wise, it covers a 20MP main camera, and a 5MP front-facing snapper. An dual edge variant of the handset has been promised but is yet unconfirmed. Samsung is rumored to unveil its next Flagship S6 at WMC in Barcelona. More info will get confirmed as the event approaches.
